Host your next birthday party at Impact Cheer & Tumble! An Impact Host will be there to help with the entire party. Bring in all you need for the special day, including decorations, food and cake. (please no food/drinks/confetti/glitter in the gym area). Please keep in mind that decorations may not be hung on the walls using tape. Only thumbtacks are allowed to prevent paint from peeling off the walls. Parties are hosted in our party room. The group will get an 1 hour and 30 minutes of play time and the last 30 minutes are designated for cake and presents.

$375 for 20 guests
$17.50 per additional guests
“Guests” pertains to children using the gym equipment; no adults allowed on the gym equipment
All MUST have a release form filled out upon entering the gym.
All parties must be paid in FULL upon booking, deposits are non-refundable.
Parties are non-refundable. If you need to change your party date, a $50 transfer fee will apply. To ensure a smooth transition between parties, a $50 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes past your scheduled end time.In the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact the Impact Front Office at 817-458-1601.
If you plan to have more than 10 extra non-adult guests, you must let us know at least 1 week prior to the party so we can arrange appropriate staffing.
At times our Coaching staff may be in the facility with a student doing a private. Please know they will make sure to minimize their presence so as to not interfere with or hinder your party experience.

Saturday Parties: 10am-12:00pm, 12:30-2:30 or 3:00-5:00
Sunday Parties: 10am-12pm,12:30-2:30 or 3:00-5:00
Friday Parties: 8pm-10pm
Parties on Saturday and Sunday after 5 pm will cost an extra $150.
