Impact offers a variety of gymnastics, cheer, power tumbling, and ninja classes from the beginner recreational to advanced competitive athletes. We pride ourselves on creating a competitive and fun environment for each and every one of our athletes. Our coaches goals revolve around helping your child achieve all of their dreams!
THE IMPACT DIFFERENCE
Impact Athletic Training Center is located near Fort Worth, Texas in the small community of Aledo. In addition to several beams, a full size gymnastics floor, and a full size cheerleading floor, the 12,000-square-foot facility features a tumble track, rod floor, vault and uneven bars that all go into a foam pit – an essential training tool for advanced competitive gymnasts. There are several trampolines, including six mini-tramps for our preschool program, a party room, and an open viewing area. Competition team members receive weekly dance training to improve performance, and twice weekly ninja training during the summer to build strength and endurance.
Impact strives to provide the best coaching of gymnastics, tumbling, dance, cheerleading, and conditioning. Our emphasis is on correct form, proper technique, precise execution and safety – all of which will result in the best competitive experience for your child.
