Impact does offer make-up classes as a customer courtesy. Impact cannot guarantee make-up class availability. We do prefer you notify us prior to an absence through the customer portal by using the ‘Future Absences’ tool.

Once the missed date has passed a make-up token will be generated and you will have 30 days to use it.  All make-up classes are now being scheduled via your customer portal.  We will never extend or unexpired makeup tokens, past their 30 days.
